How to Register with ACRA

  1. Log in to BizFile+
    • Navigate to the “Register new business entity” eService.
  2. Complete Application Details
    • Input business name (previously approved)
    • Provide SSIC codes for primary and secondary activities
    • Include business and residential addresses
  3. Endorsement by All Parties
    • All proposed owners, partners, or authorised representatives must log in to BizFile+ and endorse the application before registration can be finalised.
  4. Alternative Registration Support
    • Use GoBusiness e-Adviser for guided help.
    • Or appoint a Corporate Service Provider (law firm, CSP, or accounting firm) to handle submission.

  • Business Registration: S$100
  • Annual Renewal (for registered entities): S$30

  • Normal applications: Processed within minutes.
  • Referral-required applications: May take 14–60 days if another government agency (e.g. MOE for schools) needs to approve.
